Filming in the blazing desert sun has it's advantages like not needing anything other than a reflector for light until sunset. Unfortunately, the featured red pick up truck in the film only ran for a few hours and then died. All the 'driving' scenes with dialogue in the truck utilized the 'poor man's process' like in this shot.
